USAID’s global flagship health communication project, the Health Communication Capacity Collaborative (HC3), has just launched a new online professional community of practice for social and behavior change communication (SBCC) professionals called the Health Communication Springboard. As a partner in HC3, NetHope strongly support the Springboard and its capacity strengthening goals, and invite you to join the conversation.
On the Springboard you’ll find various groups organized around specific SBCC topics, such as ICT for Health Communication, or Gender and Communication. The goal of this online network is to provide a highly dedicated forum to communicate about health communication to collectively benefit from shared opinions, resources and experiences. You don’t have to be an SBCC expert to join. In fact, we welcome anyone interested in this field and hope the ongoing discussions will strengthen SBCC capacity globally.
Register here, it will only take a minute (less if you sign on using Twitter or Facebook.)
We’d also like you to help us grow the Springboard by forwarding this email to your colleagues to invite them to join as well.
If you’d like more information on the Springboard, here’s a link to HC3’s announcement regarding the launch of the Springboard.
