LATIN AMERICA CHAPTER MEETING RESOURCES PAGE
ABOUT THIS CHAPTER
The Latin America and Caribbean Chapter met for the first time in 2016 in Bogotá, Colombia. The vision for the Chapter was to create opportunities for collaboration that leverage technology to support internal operations, and improve delivery of programs. The Chapter is committed to work together in a collaborative, transparent, and ethical way.
PARTICIPATING IN THE CHAPTER
Due to COVID-19, nonprofits are being forced to accelerate the use of technology and adapt to new ways for delivering programs. This year’s annual NetHope Latin America Chapter meeting focused on sharing best practices, technology solutions, challenges, and identified opportunities for NGOs to collaborate in the fields of education, and digital financial services.
Chapter Steering Committee: Carla Rocha (Plan International), Sergio Fernández (SOS Children’s Villages), Claudia García (Norwegian Refugee Council) Lelio Digeronimo (ProMujer)
